The new Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) requirements for meat begin Tuesday. I'm personally psyched because the road to my life as a locavore is becoming so much easier! To even know where my meat choices come from? Heaven! I'm not sure if it will stop everyone from buying outside the US, but it at least makes people aware of what goes on outside the grocery store.

What's the good word about it here, friends?
