That sounds great -- I will definitely have to check it out the next time I am in MN (born and raised there, so I make it back a couple times a year...). I wonder to they utilize locally grown produce? If they do, they should be on the site since there is a category for locally/owned and operated restaurants that also feature local foods. ~Karen
