What about Chipotle? They use local ingredients. Even the pork is local at my hometown Chipotle! But they were once owned by McDonald's and they still are a huge chain.

Any opinions?

I love Chipotle. I am impressed that they are out on their own, despite their chain-like atmosphere.

And I think it's quite a bold statement to use local foods for such a chain-like place. They are trailblazing, really.
