At UC Berkeley, where a history of supporting small, locally owned business has reigned, a campaign has been organized to prevent fast food chain Panda Express from coming to campus. Currently, more than 1,300 students have signed a petition opposing a plan to bring Panda Express to Lower Sproul Plaza.
