As summer winds down and back-to-school shopping is in full swing, many of us will look back on this past summer as the "Summer of the Staycation." With the gyrating gas prices and dragging economy, many people chose to spend their leisure time closer to home. A staycation provides the benefits of saving both gas and money, it cuts down on emissions, and it allows people to put the dollars they do spend back into their regional economy.
